WHAT IS AN “IN-PERSON” SESSION?
We’re excited to provide in-person sessions in partnership with Warhorse Barbell Club in the Northern Liberties (801 N 2nd St, Philadelphia, PA 19123) and Graduate Hospital (2201 Washington Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19146) neighborhoods of Philadelphia.
The sessions are held inside of the state of the art Warhorse facilities, but you do not need to be a member there. We’re available to see members and non-members alike.
We're massive fans of what Warhorse is doing. They're an absolute powerhouse in the training industry and just as passionate about getting you to your goals as we are.
If you are a member of Warhorse we'll work intandem with your coach to keep you training while recovering from your injuries.
